Marco Bink joined the central R&D department of Hendrix Genetics in 2016. Prior to that, he worked as a senior statistical geneticist at Wageningen UR. He is currently Team Lead Genetics and Genomics, with key responsibilities including the design of breeding programs, the estimation of genetic parameters, and genomic evaluations.

This role aligns closely with his involvement in Breed4Food, where he serves as co-leader of Work Package 4 on Genomic Prediction.
