Jan ten Napel
Jan ten Napel is a researcher at Animal Breeding & Genomics at Wageningen UR. His main interest lies in connecting scientific developments with practical applications. He has been involved in the development of software, the evaluation of breeding programmes, and the application of resilience within Breed4Food.
He has led the development and support of MiXBLUP since 2011 and is also actively involved in advising and supporting breeding programmes for both rare breeds and commercial breeding stock.
