Jan ten Napel
Jan ten Napel is a researcher at Animal Breeding & Genomics of Wageningen UR. His main interest is connecting scientific developments and practical applications. He has been involved in development of software, evaluation of breeding programmes and application of resilience within Breed4Food. He has been leading the development and support of MiXBLUP since 2011. He is also active in advising and supporting breeding programmes of rare breeds and commercial breeding stock.
