I am a researcher at Topigs Norsvin, where I manage the genomics project portfolio. I was trained as a quantitative geneticist, but my curiosity to understand the biological mechanisms underlying complex traits led me to expand into molecular genetics.

This interdisciplinary perspective aligns well with my role as co-lead of WP3 “Structural Variants” within Breed4Food III, where my combined academic and industry experience contributes to generating new ideas and guiding research towards practical implementation in breeding programs.
