Topigs Norsvin hired me in 2015, and provided me with the opportunity to do a PhD on the boundary between genetics and nutrition, focusing on feed efficiency in pigs. After finishing my PhD, I became Research Manager and Global Platform Lead Nutrition&Feeding at Topigs Norsvin. Due to my broad interest in all phenotypes related to the biology of pigs and the application of those phenotypes in the breeding program, I am involved in WP3 – Phenotyping interface. In addition, I am the Topigs Norsvin representative in the Breed4Food working group.
